ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION & REGISTRATION
Online Pre-Registration for ICM and ICWM  
   
Pre-registration is simple and takes only a few minutes. To begin the online pre-registration, please click on the tab to the right. Please note that pre-registration only enables you to receive advance information about the conferences ICM 2010 and ICWM 2010. It does not entitle you to attend the conferences.

Pre-registration is the necessary first step in completing the full registration. If you have already completed pre-registration, you can proceed directly to Register

To attend ICM 2010 or ICWM 2010, you need to complete your registration for either or both conferences. Those receiving financial support, as well as Invited Speakers and Committee Members will be registered by the ICM 2010 Secretariat. Others need to register themselves via the following process.
  
The steps to registering are  
  1. Pre-Register: as described in the section above. While pre-registering, you would have received an Access Key. Starting January 1st, 2010, you may use your Access Key to convert your Pre-Registration to a full fledged Registration.
  2. Select your Registration Type: paste the Access key in this box and click the Select Registration Type button. You need to select the type of registration according to whether you are a delegate or a student, and whether you are attending ICM or ICWM or both. The registration fee is discounted for students. After choosing your registration type you will receive an acknowledgement email.

  3. Pay: Lastly you need to pay the registration fee. The amount you pay depends on the date of payment, not on your date of pre-registration or the date you selected the type of registration

    Online Payment: You may pay online using Visa or Master Card. Paste your Access key into the box below. You will receive an email receipt after completing the process.

    If you cannot pay online by credit card, then you can choose one of the two offline methods below:

    • Courier a Demand Draft favouring "KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd." payable in Delhi to: Manish, (proj:ICM 2010), KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd, A-56/12 DLF Phase-I, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana. After selecting your registration type in step 2 above, you will have received an email acknowledgement. Please print that email acknowledgement and courier to us along with the Demand Draft

      OR
    • Download the below Credit Card Authorisation (CCA) Form, fill it up and sign for the requisite amount, and send back to us through fax at
      +91 124 4102075 or email a scanned copy to: icm2010@kwconferences.com.

Once the above steps 1, 2 & 3 are complete you will be registered ! Bring your payment receipt to the on-site registration counter at HICC and you will be issued a badge and will be allowed entry to the sessions of ICM 2010.
